I have a similar problem, my Inspiron E1505 shows the WiFi is on but it does not 'see' my Sprint MiFi 2200. I do not know how to re-set it up. I had no problem connecting to the MiFi until about a month ago and have no explanation as to what changed.
I am trying to find out what the computer internet settings should be, then the wireless settings so I can see if I need to change them.
Any help you could give me in this matter would be greatly appreciated...
I never saw a Hamachi Network Interface, can you possibly tell me what this is?
What do you see at start, control panel, device manager, network?
I do not see any of the wireles adapters listed. Wondering if it came lose. You may want to CLICK HERE and try reseating the wireless card. While you have it out, look and see what the wireless card is.
Go to start, control panel, device manager, network. You have yellow exclaimination marks, correct?
See if you double click, the update driver if anything happens. If not, right click on it and uninstall, then restart your computer. The new hardware wizard should find the network adapters, again, if they're there and attached.

Try a new thread, so the information does not get confused. Dell Networking, Internet, Wireless Forums
Include a Finding System Information log but remove your product ID.
Make and model of your wireless router and the type of security and channel, if known.

Hamachi is just a virtual private network i can use to create network with my friends to play games etc.
In Device manager under Network Adapters I have the following listed:
broadcom 440x10/100 integrated controller, hamachi network interface, Interl(R) PRO/wireless 3945AGB Network Connection, Microsoft 6to4 Adapter and Microsoft 6to4 Adapter#2.
the last two of these have little icons with a yellow triangle containing an '!'.
The wireless card model number is WM3945AGB. I took the card out and put it back in again but this has made no change.
Any more thoughts??

Use system restore and go back to when it worked.
Go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag number and download the drivers for your network adapter.
