cannot download WLAN card driver
I had to install Windows Vista on Latitude E6410, than I followed order installation from here ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/Common/latitude-e6230_Reference%20Guide_en-us.pdf. And I am still not able to install Dell Wireless WLAN 1397/1501/1520 Half MiniCard Driver - in the download section it is only update package? My notebook does not offer me WLAN connection only cable...

Merynkaw,
Go to device manager and double click on each device, click on details, then Hardware ID. Post back the Hardware ID.

A Czech version of Windows?
Broadcom USH
The Broadcom USH should be in Dell ControlPoint Connection Manager A11. It is not listed on the drivers and downloads page for this model for some reason. Install the A11 version first which is larger and has the drivers, then install the A18 version which should update some of the application files.
For 32 bit Vista/7:
The A11 version is here:
http://ftp.dell.com/Control%20Point/APP_WIN_R207458.EXE (363 MB)
The A18 version is here:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER92265M/1/DELL_CONTROLPOINT-CONNECTION_A18-2339_R253886.exe (111 MB)
For 64 bit Vista/7:
The A11 version is here:
http://ftp.dell.com/Control%20Point/APP_WIN_R207459.EXE
The A18 version is here:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER92561M/1/DELL_CONTROLPOINT-CONNECTION_A18-2339_R254220.exe (140 MB)
Intel Turbo Boost Technology Driver
The other Hardware ID according to the PCI Database is Intel Turbo Boost Technology Driver:
http://www.pcidatabase.com/vendor_details.php?id=1302
Try installing Intel Rapid Storage Technology:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER44165M/1/SATA_DRVR_WIN_R268416.EXE
In addition run the Intel update Utility:
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/
That should clear up the errors in the device manager.

Also from your Device Manger you don't have the Dell Wireless WLAN 1397/1501/1520 Half MiniCard so its driver won't install.
You have the Intel 6200 and it seems to have the driver correctly installed. The Intel Update Utility probably will get a later version of the driver for you.
I am not sure why your Ethernet controller is displaying twice. Right click Intel 82577LM (2) and select uninstall, follow through with the prompts and restart your computer.

Yes it is czech version of Windows..
I am afraid I cannot download A11 and A18 from your list. It shows me "n
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I don't know why that happened, the prefix seemed weird. I have amended them try again.

Okay for this model its in the Dell ControlPoint Security Device Driver Pack A18, essentially the same thing but renamed.
For Vista/7 64 Bit Drivers and downloads lists 3 items under Dell Control Point. The 32 bit equivalents of the drivers should be listed for Windows 7 and Windows Vista 32 bit but only one of the three is.
Fortunately I know the Dell FTP website pretty well and have listed the other two for you.

The Security Device Driver Pack will cover the Broadcom USH. It doesn't mention the E6410 but mentions the E6410 ATG, it should mention both. Both are the same model actually just one has a sturdier casing.
