Cannot Turn On Wireless for AT&T on Lattitude 5500
Hello,
We added after the fact the wireless capability to my work Dell Lattitude 5500 Laptop and put a new SIM card in. Now it shows up in the menu for WIFI, Bluetooth, etc... on the task bar and shows that it is turned off. But when you click on it will not do anything. It will not turn on. I have gone to the Wireless portion in the settings and do not see anything obvious. We also varified that the SIM card is good by putting it in a WIFI hotspot. Please help!
Thanks!
