can't see shared folder on network

I have a computer on my network where the shared folders cannot be seen.  The computer can see all of the other shared folders on the network and use the internet.  I made sure the Windows firewall was allowing file and printer sharing.  There was a McAfee firewall that I turned off and still no sharing.  All of the computers are running XP.  The security settings are set for everyone and guests to have access.

Try completely uninstalling the McAfee firewall on the machine whose shared files cannot be seen.  Also try unsharing the folders then reboot and reshare the folders.

The computer shows up on the network and if I click on the computer in network places, it prompts for a password for the guest account.  The guest account is active but not enabled and does not have a password.
