Changing VNC Port on DRAC 4/P

I have a Dell PowerEdge 1800 with a 4/P RAC. 

 

I am running into a block that I have no control over in my network environment, specifically outgoing traffic to port 5900.  Is there any way to change the listening port for the VNC server when using the Console vKVM service? 

 

The RAC's website seems to autospawn the Console client with the port setting, so I do not see anyway of changing that.  I also do not see any way to alter what port the RAC listens on from the 5900 default.

 

Any ideas?  I've read the manual for it but did not see anything that seemed to relate.
