Connected to wireless network but still no internet
I am now finally connected to my wireless network and I got my homepage briefly (it is Comcast) but no pictures came up and then it went back to the "page cannot be displayed". I keep getting this over and over. I have no idea what else to do.
I am at such a loss and am ready to just start crying. I have been working on this for almost 2 days and it's driving me crazy!!!!

Do you have any third party software firewalls enabled on your computer?(Norton Internet Security, McAfee, Trend Micro, etc.)

Aloha Beth,
Sometimes, there could be issues between the wireless card and the router... like our D-Link DI-624 had Centrino connection issues with Intel wireless cards' drivers, while our other wireless notebook had no problems. I had to update the routers' firmware and do some minor tweaks to solve the Centrino issues.
Info that might help other users to help you:
What Linksys Router model do you have?
Can you connect to the Internet using your "wired" (RJ-45 plug) Network card?
What brand/model wireless card do you have?
If you post your "Windows IP Configuration" information (as Steve (volcano11) had requested in your other thread), it should list a description of your wireless card (since you said you now have a wireless connection to the router).
Click Start, Run and type cmd
At the command prompt... type IPconfig /all
Right-click on the blue bar (at the top of the window), scroll down to "Edit" and click "Select All".
Right-click on the blue bar (at the top of the window), scroll down to "Edit" and click "Copy".
"Paste" the info into your Dell forum message post.
Aloha,
Rod
