Connecting to World Wide Web
I am having to type this from a different computer right now. Ever since I tried to use the check PC program on line from Dell and it locked up (The Program that is, not the lap top, not once but 4 times) I have been having problems trying to connect to the web. The only web site I am allowed to connect to is Dell. I have even tried to use the restore program and it will not even let me do that. I made contact via E-mail with tech support someone named ahnhish or something like that and was told I would have to call in. Several trys later waiting 20+ Mins each and no luck getting through. Soooooooo anyone out there who might be able to help me, I am open to suggestions. If The monitor read this some help PLEASE. I will try diabling the PC checkup control first, but I don't know if that will work or not. Again anyone who can help Please do.
Thanks, Dan

The slowness you see is in the connectin and since I've never dealt with a sat comm connection, I think you need to run Dr TCP/IP tweak test from www.dslreports.com and see what adjustments need to be made.
The weather could be playing a lot in this also.
Very familiar with those SIPR & NIPR things.
