Connection with out a connection for Dell WLAN

My Inspiron 5150 is suddenly connecting to wireless networks, but not allowing me to actually surf the internet.  I ran the cmd ispconfig/all and here is the information.  It too looks like I am sending information but not receiving any.  Any ideas?
