Sure would be nice if a Dell Rep. would comment on this defective motherboard/bluetooth combination in the Latitude D600.  Once user had his motherboard replaced and within days the problem showed up again.

Has Dell taken steps to eliminate this problem from occurring in the future?  Will my brand new laptop be plaqued with this re-occurring problem?  It is quite obvious this is not user abuse...but how can we prevent this problem?  Can we at all?

I have Gold Tech Support and guaranteed next day on-site repair and I'm still waiting on a tech due to a parts shortage (it's been almost 2 weeks).

Are others having problems with Bluetooth and the Latitude series of laptops?  Receiving "Unknown USB Device" errors?  Bluetooth inoperative?  Applying slight pressure to left palm rest of D600 make Bluetooth work temporarily?  What experiences have the rest of you had with Bluetooth and getting the problem resolved?

Curious and wanting to avoid going through this again.
