D800 Bluetooth Firmware Problems.

Hi, i installed the bluetooth firmware update, and it restarted after completing it, however, bluetooth has stopped working, and when i check device manager (windows xp) under bluetooth devices it reports `bluetooth module in firmware upgrade` as if it hasnt finished.

i have since tried everything i can think of to sort this out, ive just reinstalled xp, same problem, i have tried to reissue the firmware update but it says turn bluetooth on, which fn & f2 just turns the 1400 wlan card on and off..

please help?? is there a magic cure?
