Let me know if this helps. And also if you can run the system diagnostics to identify any Hardware failure. Just restart the system and tap F12 on dell logo, send me the results. Hi Andrew, thank you for responding. I have updated all drivers and according to the system diagnostics everything is fine. This problem has probably been occurring for a couple weeks now.

What was the solution to the problem? I am facing the same issue with my Inspiron 7520. It happens when i switch on the Bluetooth.
