Thanks for reaching out to us and am sorry for any incinveniences this has caused you. When did the issue started? You can start updating the latest driver using this link http://dell.to/12QP7Pr. Let me know if this helps. And also if you can run the system diagnostics to identify any Hardware failure. Just restart the system and tap F12 on dell logo, send me the results. Glad to assist further.

Hi Andrew, thank you for responding. I have updated all drivers and according to the system diagnostics everything is fine. This problem has probably been occurring for a couple weeks now.

I can do a research regarding your case if there's anything that we can do to fix the issue. By the way, when did the issue started? And for the last time, kindly uninstall and re-install the Wireless drivers. Let me know if it helps.

What was the solution to the problem? I am facing the same issue with my Inspiron 7520. It happens when i switch on the Bluetooth.
