Dell 2350 problems

I have a problem with setting up a secure wireless network.  When i received my laptop and router i realized that the router did not come with a manual, it only came with a "idiot's guide to wireless internet" or something like that.  After some searching i found that i need to go to http://192.168.2.1/index.asp  for setup.  Once i type this in it immediately asks me for a user ID and password (which i never created in the first place)

 

is there a way to reset this to something that i can access?  or is there a default user ID and password that i am supposed to be using?
