DELL C400 & Broadcom BCM94309MP MINI-PCI Wireless Card installation problems

Hi

 

I'm having a few problems getting the Broadcom BCM94309MP mini-pci wireless card working in my Dell C400. I think it has been installed properly (physically in the computer), however I'm not sure which cable was which, there are two, a grey one and a black one and I'm not sure which one is Main and which one is Auxillary. Could someone let me know please?

 

Also, I have Windows XP Pro SP 2 installed. Windows does not recognise the card and says it needs the correct drivers in order to work, but I'm having a really hard time finding drivers for it.

Could someone please let me know where I can find the correct drivers so that I can put this to good use?
