i have attached the d3100 display link to my dell laptop. 

question: how do you determine which side of the screen the mouse pointer migrates from/to when going from one display the other displays?

at the moment i can only go from the right side of the laptop screen to the monitors. would rather be able to go to the left side of the laptop screen and migrate to the other monitors.
