Dell Inspiron 1545 bluetooth not working
I have a dell inspiron 1545 after upgrading it from windows xp to windows 7 ultimate the bluetooth is not working now. the bluetooth even does not appear on the control panel on harware and sound. I checked the driver from device germanaand it is installed I even uninstalled the bluetooth driver and downloaded it from dell website but still not working. Can some one help me with this problem.

I went through this procedure. I download the driver from dell website but the bluetooth is still not working.

Thank you for the reply.
Ensure that the wireless is turned on before using the bluetooth. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to install Windows XP on the computer to check if the issue is with Windows 7 or the bluetooth card is not working properly.
Also, you may perform custom test on bluetooth using Dell PC Diagnostics. Please click the link mentioned below to download Dell PC Diagnostics:
