Dell Mini Inspiron//Certificate issue in WIFI

Hello.

I'm having a problem connecting to the internet at school. I don't own an internet connection. However, when I am in school I utilize the school's free wifi. However, after one week, I noticed an issue. Whenever I connect I receive a security certificate message. It's highlighted in red/pink. It says the "security certificate has expired or is not yet valid".  Is there a way I can correct this? Should I be concerned?

Any advice is appreciated.

jbriones,

This is an issue with your school. You'll need to contact the school for advice.

at first when u tried to connect to the internet using the school free wifi the certificate would have been genereated and granted to ur laptop...

now that u have expired certificate u cannot connect with that certificate to the school wifi...

i recommend u to delete the old security certificate and try to connect to the wifi again...

now when u delete the certifiticate it checks and then requests the school  network for the newone,, and then u can get connected...

if problem still persists contact ur school computer technisian or computer operators they can help u out...
