Dell Vostro 3550 Windows 8 64Bit Bluetooth Not Working

Hello,

I have a Dell Vostro 3550 and still have problems figuering out the right driver for the bluetooth. I've got the Bluetooth Tray icon but Windows 8 doesn't find any device...which means in the settings there is no bluetooth tool I can turn on or off, so this is competely missing

I also have a unkown Devie in the Devie Options called Bluetooth peripheral deive which I tink is the missing bluetooth

If im trying to install bluetooth drivers I some of the mentioned posts there is a problem during the installation. The installation asks me to turn on the bluetooth but I cant so the installtion will not finihs

Is there any suggestion ?
