Dell wireless 3300 setup issues.

We recently purchased Dell 1720dn printers and Dell Wireless printer adapter 3300 and we are having trouble setting them up. We are running a Cisco 4400 wireless lan controller and the AP's are the 1240 models. When we run the printer adapter 3300 wizard we receive the following error "the connection failed", this is after it locates the SSID and we are able to put in the passphrase. (I have also tried this running no security on the wireless with the same results) To make this a little more interesting all the green lights on the adapter are on solid including the wireless and when I run a test page on the printer from the connected 3300 it gives me an IP address from our system. When I check the IP address over the web it comes up and displays the Dell laser printer 1720dn home page with a picture of the 3300 adatpter. When I attach the device on my computer and call it up over the web I get the wireless adapter 3300 home page and a picture of the 3300.
I can see the adapter throutgh the wireless side and it will send a test page through printer side but I cannot discover the printer, and when I print a test page off the printer it does not have an IP address( even if I set up the printer through the ethernet with an IP I can not see it through the 3300 adapter ).
We have purchased several printers and 3300 adapters and tried to make a couple work with the same results. Any ideas or similars???

The only thing that I have found out is that the 3300 does not work in WPA mode, so I got rid of it and used another wireless print server and it cured all my problems. Dell does not like to interact with other companies it seems on more than one account. I am not familiar with the printers you have but I have a AIO 962 and it is now just a copier and scanner. It will not work on my network.
