desperate for help!!!

my wireless network will NOT stay online!  in my list of networks there is only 1 that is my own secure network....and this keeps disconnecting and putting me into some unsecured network with limited access.

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME....i run a business from home and cannot function!

thank you so very much.

i closed that page (it wasn't finishing again)....and i right clicked on the intel icon.  up came the list of networks and i found mine and clicked on it.  as of now it seems to have connected to that one.  but i know it wont stay there.

should i remove the wire from router to laptop?  also, on the list of network connections that you had me bring up, it still says wireless, connected, lan connected, and 1394 connected.  what should i do with these?  should i disable ALL except the wireless one?

I'm affreid you need to reset your router because it can not save some state. But I'm not sure about settings you have. I can be in internet more 1 hour. What you think?

are you sure? if yes i'm fine. but only one thing. where you bought your router? and who made first setup? if some internet provider - phone them and say you need to reset your router dew to technical reason. do you need from them some information to be connected after all. if no info you need - think to reset (it's like reniewing) your router, but be ready to setup whole your connection from zero (better way)

and as well it's better for to find somebody around to check your network settings and repair it if need. if you can't find somebody please read this two manuals (proset user guide and dell 2350 manual) there is interesting positions. even now your network not so secured. there is possibilitie to setup MAC adress filtering (Advansed Settings > Access Control Settings). it could be more secure becuase only your network card could reach your router.
