Install this ControlVault driver which should install the driver for the Broadcom USH:
http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01400368M/26/CV_Drv_Setup_RDYG9_A11_64bit_ZPE.exe
Try installing this driver for the audio:
http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER96848M/3/R273997.exe
Provide the hardware IDs of the network controller so I can check what wireless card variant you have:

Thanks for the Broadcom and Audio driver, those both seemed to work.
I have also located a working Wifi driver myself using the hardware Id's (I was trying this previously and finally found them).

Great so that should be your system up and running, if you want to create a new recovery partition from your clean install (assuming Windows is installed to cover the whole drive) you can now install Dell Backup and Recovery:
http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER02909509M/1/Backup-and-Recovery_Application_64M9D_WN32_1.8.1.71_A00.EXE
