its a little hard for them to do an online scanner thing since the problem occurs when they try to connect to the internet in the first place. any other suggestions? i e-mailed dell support direct since its a brand new machine and they've only had it running for about a week.
The link I gave you is not an online scanner thing. It describes intelc52.sys and defines where it is located in the C drive. Have you tried going back to a restore point prior to having the problem?
