error message when trying to connect to the internet
all of a sudden my friends computer is giving this error message when trying to connect to the internet
"problem detected. windows has shut down to protect your computer. problem caused by file: intel c52.sys/
page fault in nonpaged area.
does anyone known what this means.
she has a dell system, new, only had it one month. this just started. no additional programs have been added except what originally was installed in computer.
mfr: dell
model: dimension 5150
cpu: pentium 4
1 gb ram
os: windows xp media edition
160gb hd
using dial up to connect to aol.
