Ethernet controller 4600c

Rebuild system from original CDs. Harddrive faliure.
 
Having problems with wireless / hardwire connections. Searching device manager I noticed that
there is a ? next to Ethernet controllers. I have no idea how to fix this or if it has to do with my connection problem.
 
The device manger has a code of 28 (driver not loaded) again what driver and where to get it ?

You need to first install the chipset drivers for your motherboard, then install the ethernet network adapter drivers. The chipset and network adapters should be on your Dell Resouce CD.  If you can't find them they can be downloaded at

Thanks, I did not load the Ethernet drivers during the rebuild.
