First, make sure that the Windows XP built-in firewall is not enabled. Then open Norton Internet Security, click on Personal Firewall, then on the Configure link at the bottom right. Then click on the Home Networking tab and Add a range of IP address on your network to the Trusted Zone. The range should be something like 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.200, but this will depend on the range in which your router assigns IP addresses and the number of computers you have or want to allow on your network.
