I got this laptop a few months ago, it's good, it's just that I have these bluetooth headphones that work fine when I'm listening to music, watching videos, playing games, etc. But whenever I try to use the bluetooth headphones on skype and zoom, the connection to the internet messes up everytime. This doesn't happen with wired headphones, but at the moment, I don't have a pair of my own wired headphones. And when I'm playing some games, if the headphones die, or if I turn bluetooth off, the games will crash. I'm not sure if its the laptop, bluetooth, wifi or maybe just the headphones, but googling it isn't giving me much, and I've looked through all of my settings, etc, trying to maybe figure out what I could do. I'm planning on getting wired headphones to avoid this issue, but I was thinking maybe there is an answer to my (possibly dumb) question!
