GX280 Broadcom NDIS2 Driver and Ghost 7.5 Boot Disk
We've got a lab full of GX280's that need to be imaged using GhostCast 7.5 and we are having trouble getting them to boot up using the GhostCast Network BootDisk. I am using the NDIS2 Driver for the Broadcom 57XX and it seems to be working fine. It recognizes the NIC and seems to initialize and continues with the startup, but hangs on the "Loading..." portion of the Ghost Boot process and never brings up the GUI.
Anyone know if this has to do with the NIC or if it's related to another piece of hardware or perhaps a configuration problem?

What I found was the problem was not with the driver. Ghost has issues accessing SATA drives and will hang prior to loading the GUI.
I was able to build a good boot disk using information on the symantec site:

it states that you should use the -FNI switch Forces Ghost to use the BIOS to gain access to the IDE drive.

Depending upon the mix of SATA and IDE drives installed to your system, one of the following switches should resolve the problem:
If you have an IDE and an SATA drive, or only IDE drives:
-FNI Forces Ghost to use the BIOS to gain access to the IDE drive.
If you have an SATA drive and no IDE drives:
-NOIDE Disables access to IDE devices.

Thanks for the driver, I'm now able to ghost without any problem. The image is taking about 15 to 20 minutes to
load a Gx280 image. Is that normal or is there a way to speed up the process? We've DHCP enabled network wide.
It's taking about 5 to 6 minutes to ghost a Gx260/70 machines with all standard apps. Any suggestions please !
