help very annoying blue screen keeps popping up

If there is anyone out there who can help me please.I have an inspiron 6000 and i have windows media center edition. i have a motorola surfboard modem and i cannot get onto the internet. The first time i installed the modem it one of the instructions was to plug up the high speed modem usb. i did. it worked fine i browsed the internet and everything. then i unpluged the usb and took my notebook to a friends house where i didn't change anything. my computer still has everything that i came with. i did download a few things that time i was on the internet including yahoo messenger, zonealarm, ad-aware se personal, and a few others. otherwise the only thing i've changed is the appearance. well, everytime i re-plug up the usb it gives me this blue screen almost instantly. it scrolls down automatically so i can't see the top of the page because the computer gives me no control whatsoever. this is what i see...

sorry so long i didn't want to leave anything out. please help. it does that everytime i plug in my modem usb and locks up my entire computer. the only way to restart is to hold down the power button. Ctrl Alt Delete has no effect. nothing help!
