To help troubleshoot this problem, on the computer with the problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.

I know that's the right command, but it doesn't seem to be working. After typing ipconfig /all it justs renews the prompt and says Windows IP Configuration

If you open Device Manager and expand the listing for Network Adaptes, what is listed there?  If you open Network Connections, what is listed there?

 In the Networks Connections it has one LAN or High-speed Internet connection, which is the one I was talking about in my first post - It won't let me delete it or anything though it says 1394 Net Adapter

The 1394 adapter is a firewire port.  It is not normally used for network, rather it is used for connecting things like cam corders.

 

It appears that you do not have any network adapters installed.   You need to install the drivers for the ethernet network controller.  You can download them from:
