Have you given your machine a Static IP Address?

Jmwills,
Yes, I gave a static IP address in accordance with the directions that portforward.com gave me. However, in hindsight I now realize that perhaps this is too broad of a topic. I feel as if the main problem is when I connect to the router via the URL bar and mess around with the advanced settings there. If it would be of any assisstance, I could take a screenshot of the settings and someone could check it to see if it is correct.
Thanks for any help anyone is willing to give, I appreciate it.

Thanks for the help

Is it indeed a TCP port and not UDP?  Also try using lower case letters in the MAC Address.

Everything else looks good.  The Static Address of your machine is;

192.168.2.136?
