How to change Restricted Zones - Internet please

:smileyhappy:Hi there, can anybody help me please.  I have a site that has downloaded and I want to "uninstall" it.  When I go to "uninstall" it I have to run a programme first.  When I press this link it says "Restricted site".  I cannot enter the programme.  I have been in the internet security settings and tried to change them but they are set on high on restricted sites and I cannot get into this programme to uninstall it.

I did not install it but it has come from somewhere and it is horrible.  It is in internet explorer and when I type something in the search bar it is this search engine that comes up with lots of sites.  Some are o.k. but others are pornographic and I don't want this on my computer.

The site is called "Smartfinder" and it also used the name "everything4find.com/sh.php?".

I really do not know how I can uninstall this and it just comes up as a restricted site and I cannot access the programme to uninstall.

please could somebody help me I am going mad trying to uninstall this and I can't do it.
