How to turn on Wi-Fi..??
If I want to turn on the Wi-Fi..I press Fn+F2..
But it turns on only Bluetooth.. So how do I turn on the Wi-Fi..??
Also some of the symbols are not displayed properly.. I press some other key and some other character is displayed..
Please help sort this out..especially the second one..

Hi srohit,
To assist you better, please reply with the model no. of the system. You can also check the Wi-Fi connection status in 'Windows Mobility Center'.
You can access Windows Mobility Center using the following key combination 'Windows key + X'. Click on 'Launch' under 'Radio control options', ensure that all the options are checked.
Please ensure that 'Quickset' is installed on the computer. If not, then you can download it from our support site.

Model is Inspiron 5520.. Windows 8..
I installed the application..but still Fn+F2 switches on Bluetooth and WiFi is still shown as Off..
All options are also checked under Radio Control Options..
So what to do..??

Thank you for the response. Did you try to turn off the Wifi in Windows Mobility Center? Please check the following settings
Please check the wireless light on the front of the laptop:

I have same problem, in my laptop I was re install windows 7 and drivers but now wi fi and lan driver not supported so what can I do.

Hi Srohit,
Let try the following steps:
Right click on the bottom left hand side of the screen -> choose 'Control Panel' -> Ease of Access -> Ease of Access Center -> Make the keyboard easier to use and uncheck all the options. Click on ‘Apply’ -> Ok. Restart the computer and check.
Alternatively, check the on screen keyboard:
