Hi stabesh,
I’d suggest that you check if the wireless card is listed in device manager. Please follow the steps mentioned below to check the wireless card is listed in Device manager.
1. Open ‘Device Manager’ by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type ‘Device Manager’, and then, in the list of results, click ‘Device Manager’.
2. When the device manager pops up, in the list please check for ‘Network adapter’.
3. Please click on the arrow mark beside ‘Network adapter’.
4. Check if you are able to see the Wireless card listed or in ‘Other devices’.
5. If it is listed please right click on wireless card, click on ‘uninstall’ and restart the computer.
6. Enable the radio through ‘Windows Mobility Center’ and check if you are able to connect to wireless connection.
7. If not you will have to reinstall the drivers for the Wireless card. Please refer to the link below and go ahead download the appropriate wireless card driver listed under ‘Network’ section drivers, after selecting the operating system installed on your computer.

Please let me know if this helps.

stabesh,
I do not see your adapter listed there. If you're under warranty, click on the blue DELL-Ravi Ch on the next page start conversation with and please provide the following...
First & Last name
Shipping address
phone number
service tag number
email address
Ravi will be able to help you with getting your wireles adapter corrected.
