I need to install something that says Bluetooth Peripheral Device.

I recently got a larger hard drive,and now that i have this when i restart or shut down my Dell Laptop Inspiron 1720 it say that i need to download or install this device.It also comes up 6 times,i click cancel 6 times and then do whatever i need to online or whatever,I have Windows Vista Home Premium,my windows is up to date,if i go to install it,it says to either look online or use the disk that came with the system,i believe this is a driver of some sort that needs to be downloaded.i don't knopw if this is a windows hardware issue or if its something that needs to be downloaded from Dell somewhere,Anyone ever have this issue and even if not where do i get the driver.or fix the problem.
