HELLO EVERYONE ,   I HAVE A DELL LAPTOP 1100 AND I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO GET WIRELESS INTERNET . I HAVE A (NETOPIA WIRELESS LAN CARD 3D REACH 802.11b )   SO IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE DO SO AND  I THANK U IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR TIME AND COOPERATION IN THIS MATTER.   SHC_AUDIO@BELLSOUTH.NET

You will need cable or dsl internet service with a cable or dsl modem that can connect by ethernet and a wireless router.  This is for wireless access at you home only.   If you want to connect to wireless hotspots, then you should need nothing else except the wireless network adapter in your laptop.  Note the range of the wireless signal that you will be connecting to is less than 300 feet.   Steve
