Inspiron Integrated NIC Win2K Drivers.

Question

I'm trying to re-install Win2K on an Inspiron 8100 laptop.  My customer only provided me with the Dell Win2K disk.  The integrated NIC doesn't work (no drivers).  I go to the support section correct for this Service Tag and try the various posted drivers.  None of them work.  Most of them reference TrueMobile Wireless.  Does anyone know which drivers to use and where to get them for an integrated NIC?

I don't know if the chipset drivers for the I 8100 are native to Windows 2K, but if they aren't, you should load the chipset drivers first in order for any integrated device to be recognized. The chipset drivers can be downloade from Here. I don't believe the I 8100 actually has an integrated ethernet adpapter, but rather has a mini PCI card that makes a connection through a port that appears to be integrated. The drivers for a mini PCI NIC/Modem combo card can be downloaded from Here.
