Inspiron M5030 UNABLE connect to wireless.
I can connect to my home one just fine, but if I go to my friend's house to connect, it gives me an error saying "Windows Unable To Connect To [Connection Name]" and then when I troubleshoot it, it tells me it's a problem with the router he uses. But my computer is the only one that can't connect to it, my other friends bring over their laptops and can connect just fine. I have the right password, I reinstalled all the drivers, I tried to add it manually, we tried changing the security on his router but nothing. I've tried EVERYTHING and nothing is working. I get the same error everytime. If I go downstairs and connect with an ethernet cable, it works. But not wireless. It's not just his connection either because it does the same thing at my cousin's house. I can't afford to reboot windows right now since I have 150GB of data to back up.
I'm pretty smart with computers, and my friend fixes computers for his business and we're both stumped on this one because we've tried EVERYTHING!
**EDIT**
And if this matters, I am running Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium
His router is a Linksys (not sure what model though).

Ran out of ip addresses
Channel of his router, try channels 1, 6 or 11
Try these Recommended Wireless Router Settings, I use channel 11
Belkin wireless n routers have trouble recognizing WPA-PSK(TKIP) Security (Personal)
Go to device manager, network, your network adapter, advanced. Look for antenna diversity(some adapters have this and some don't) If you have this try changing the antenna diversity from Auto to Aux.
