INSPIRON N5110 NETWOK CONNECTION PROBLEM

HI,

 I HAVE DELL INPIRON N5110 WITH WINDOWS 7 64 BIT , MY LAPTOP IS NOT CONNECTING WITH INTRNET, NOT WITH LAN OR WIFIE,

EVERY TIME WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT, IT SAYS WIFIE AND LAN CARD DRIVER HAVE SOME PROBLEM.

PLEASE HELP ME

hrehman,

 

First, typing in all caps is considered shouting and it's hard to read.

 

Hit the Windows Key and the R keys at the same time. Type

systeminfo.txt or try systeminfo

REMOVE THE PRODUCT ID and post the rest of the information back here. (Preferred)

or an ipconfig /all log and maybe it will reveal something.

sorry sir, for caps i was by mistake and thanks for ur reply

i couldn't get the (systeminfo) because when i click ok the black screen is appears and go off.

thanks again for ur reply please give me another idea about that

Sorry, I just tried it.

 

Hit the Windows key and the R keys at the same time. Type

 

systeminfo.txt

 

You can also run an ipconfig /all log, if that doesn't work. The top is perferred, since I can see if the operating system was recently installed and which operating system without asking for all the details. And it also includes information about your network adapters.
