Installing Linux on the Dell Inspiron xps laptop

I've installed Redhat Enterprise 3 workstation on my Dell Inspiron XPS, I have everything working as a dual boot using the module bay 2nd hard drive option. It works great except I can't get it to recognize the Dell - Broadcom 1350 mini pci wireless card. Has anyone accomplished this, is there a driver somewhere and instructions on how to install it properly.
