Internet connection not working. Dell inspiron 1525.

Question

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 and the wireless internet connection is connected but it says limited access and the data doesn't get transferred. Also I tried troubleshooting it but the Diagnostic Service policy is not getting started.. What do I do?
