Have Dell Inspiron 570, with Windows 7 and IE 64 bit.  The " Internet Explorer is not responding" nor any website I try to reach ONLY on my section of the computer.  I go to my husband's icon and it works fine.  (Currently I'm using Chrome to post this).  I have virus checked (using AVG) and cleaned (using AVG PC Tuneup and Auslogic) and no infection has turned up.   How can I get the IE back and running? Thanks
