Is it possible to replace my internal Wifi Card?

I have a Dell Latitude D800 with an internal broadcom chipset wireless card, the problem is boradcom doesn't play well with linux...is it possible to replace this internal card with another non-broadcom card? Also what card would you recommend that would play well with linux

Yeah, the MiniCard. It can simply be taken out and replaced. I recently replaced mine with a wireless-N card. I don't know much about other ones and their compatibility with Linux. I tried Linux and wasn't the fondest of it.
