I just got in connectiviy docter on my laptop and it said a wireless dcommunication switch is turned OFF (c-1) and possible solution would be to switch (a-1) so would that work and how do i do it?

I have no idea what you mean by c-1 or a-1.   I also have no idea which model computer you have.  On most (but no all) Dell laptops, the Fn F2 key combination toggles the wireless radio on and off.

I have a inspiron 1150 that I just had to install hard drive and drivers/utilites/os cd's. We have an airport apple station that operates our computers. All the other computers are working except mine. I dont even have an option to see wizard for wireless connection under network connections.
Any idea what is going on?
