Latitude D600: Dell TrueMobile Bluetooth Module malfunctioning

The Bluetooth module reports intermittently as not found but then shortly afterwards is working properly.  When not found for approx. 30 secs or more, the system reports an  unknown USB device as malfunctioning.  Any ideas?

Hi,

Your not the first.......Log a warranty call if you can, otherwise reseat the blue-tooth card, it may have come loose. Windows sees the Blue-tooth as a USB device.

Thanks AussieChris, I logged a warranty call and Dell are going to replace the mother board.  Apparently pressing on the left hand palm rest causes the bluetooth modem to act up and is 'a classic sign' of a motherboard malfunction!
