Latitude E5510 bluetooth no running on windows 10

Dear Dell Employer

I am posting this discussion post because my bluetooth on Latitude E5100 is not running properly even not all.

Window:

Window 10

Latitude E5510

1st generation

Kindly send me a proper result as soon as possible.

Turn Bluetooth on and off: Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices . Turn off Bluetooth, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Remove the Bluetooth device, then add it again: Select Start , then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
