What drivers have you installed? What hardware IDs do you have for the network controller? See here:

That's the Dell Wireless 1506 card made by Atheros. Try the latest Dell Atheros driver 10.0.0.306: http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER02256307M/1/3340_Network_Driver_19N7G_WN_10.0.0.306_A00.EXE

Hello,
I have the same model laptop and same issue, however the driver you provided doesn't work for me.
My hardware IDs are:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_088E&SUBSYS_44608086&REV_24PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_088E&SUBSYS_44608086PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_088E&CC_028000PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_088E&CC_0280
