Latitude e6540 Network Controller Driver
I had to reload Windows 7, SP1 on my Dell Latitude E6540 laptop and have successfully located drivers for everything except the "descriptive" Network Controller (which I believe is my wireless controller, since it does not show up in my Network and Sharing adapter properties. Can anyone provide me with the link for the correct driver, please?
I have attempted (with no luck) to run the Dell diagnostics and identify missing drivers on the support page, but that has failed to resolve the issue.
Thanks,

What drivers have you installed? What hardware IDs do you have for the network controller? See here:

That's the Dell Wireless 1506 card made by Atheros. Try the latest Dell Atheros driver 10.0.0.306: http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER02256307M/1/3340_Network_Driver_19N7G_WN_10.0.0.306_A00.EXE
