Latitude X1 bluetooth and LAN Access profile

Question

I'm trying to connect to the internet using my Axim X50v via the bluetooth connection on my X1. I've configured this in the past using a D600 I used to have. I can't seem to be able to find the "LAN Access" service to enable it.
How can I enable the LAN Access service so that my Axim can connect to it.

Surely I'm not the only one who's noticed the lack of a Bluetooth LAN Access service on the X1. Does anyone have some input? Different drivers, etc? Dell says that they only officially support Bluetooth Activesync. I suppose a Bluetooth mouse is a gamble too.
