Loading Dell Net Adapters
I've just rebuilt my Inspirion 9300 with an External XP Pro disk, and I can get the Net Adapter to load. Error is "Required resource cannot be found" with that .cab (44en712a). I mean I 'm loading the .cab with a memory stick, cause the network is not up yet. What's the trick, is there a better XP image to use?

You can download the drivers for the Wired Network Adapter from the following link as the driver that you are trying to install could be corrupt:

There are no Windows XP images available for download. Compatible drivers can be downloaded from the following link by punching in the Service Tag:
