Lucent Win modem/answering machine
I just installed answering machine software on my dell, I have a lucent win modem, the soft ware came with caller ID, I cant get the caller ID to work. Does the modem support that?

Thank you for visiting the Dell Community Forum.
I am not sure specifically which Lucent modem you have installed but we have two Lucent modems listed for install in Dell systems and neither are indicated to support caller ID. If does not absolutely guarantee that it will not work, but it is not an advertised feature of the modems.
