I have a dell windows media centre remote, but it won’t work. My IR receiver is showing that it’s picking up a signal, but it won’t work in windows media center, or anywhere else. My old remotes work fine, but they weren’t dell. The remote says it’s RC2604313/01BG. Any ideas? I tried to find a way to tell the remote to give different signals using additional software, but no luck.
