Memory range conflict between wireless PCI adapter card and PCI Bridge

After installed the Gigabyte GN-WPEAG wireless network card in my PC, I noticed a memory range conflict between the network card and the PCI Bridge.....

xFEA00000-xFEAFFFFF 82801BA PCI Bridge - 244E
xFEAF0000-xFEAFFFFF Gigabyte GN-WPEAG Wireless Network PCI Adapter.

I have tried re-installing the OS (Windows 98SE) and the chipset drivers and also the GN-WPEAG software, but the memory conflict still persists.

 

Anyone got any ideas about how I can resolve this ? How is the memory resource assigned ?
