If you go to the main Dell support pages, input your service tag, the pages will redirect you to the support content specific to your Optiplex. From there click on the Drivers & Downloads link and when those load up make sure you filter the operating system to the correct OS you're running (whether it's 64-bit or 32-bit Windows 7, etc). Then you can download and install the drivers you need for that system.

Assuming Windows 7 64 Bit.
You should install the Intel (Vendor 8086) Chipset Drivers. It is likely the Management Engine Interface:
